CyberPetTerms of Service
CyberPet is a desktop application for macOS and Windows developed by Mosil Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using CyberPet, you agree to these terms.
1. Free of charge
CyberPet is provided to you free of charge. We may add, change or discontinue any feature at any time.
2. Provided as is, without warranties
CyberPet is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is free of errors or uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
3. Your accounts and data
- You are responsible for the accounts you sign in to in CyberPet (such as your Google account), including keeping your passwords and app-specific passwords safe.
- All CyberPet data is stored on your computer. You are responsible for the security and backups of that computer.
4. Third-party services
CyberPet connects to third-party services you choose, such as Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar or ICS subscription URLs you provide. When you use them, their own terms and policies also apply, such as the Google Terms of Service and the iCloud Terms and Conditions. CyberPet is not affiliated with Google or Apple.

6. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If you keep using CyberPet after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
